Project Management FAQ

  • What does "fully managed" actually mean?

    One point of contact, Jesse, who coordinates every trade, supplier, delivery, and schedule. You do not hire, manage, or chase anyone. We take responsibility for the whole project.

  • How is this different from other renovation companies?

    Many companies send a junior supervisor or project coordinator. At TwinBuilt, the business owner is your project manager. He is physically on your site every day. He holds the Renovation Licence. He knows your project inside out.

  • How do you choose your tradespeople?

    Jesse uses a trusted network built over years. Many are mates, but it is business first. "I've got a plumber who I'm mates with. But it's business. I'll ride motorbikes with him on the weekend, but if his work leaks, I'll spray him for it." If a trade does not meet the standard, they get replaced. Jesse has swapped suppliers and trades when quality or reliability dropped.

  • What about the payment structure? Why is 90% paid before installation?

    By the time joinery arrives, Jesse has already mobilised all trades. Plumbers, electricians, and plasterers have already done their rough-ins. He is already $10K+ into the project. The payment structure protects both parties. It is clearly laid out in the lawyer-reviewed contract before any work begins.
