How much does a kitchen renovation cost in Canberra?
Every kitchen is different. Jesse gives a clear ballpark early in the conversation so you know where things stand. As he puts it: "I can do a beautiful kitchen for 20K.I can do a beautiful kitchenfor 150K. They're both beautiful. It's your choice." We provide transparent, fixed-price quotes with no hidden fees.
Do you just supply the kitchen, or do you manage the whole renovation?
We manage the whole thing. That is what makes us different from most kitchen companies. A lot of joinery firms just cut and supply the cabinets, then you are on your own to find plumbers, electricians, tilers, and someone to run it all. We coordinate every trade, manage every detail, and Jesse is on-site every day.
Who supplies the joinery?
We partner with Kitchen Addiction, a Canberra-based joinery manufacturer run by Simon Owens with over 30 years of experience. Jesse and Simon work hand-in-hand. They design together, plan together, and deliver together. Jesse's logo is proudly displayed in their showroom.
What if I cannot picture what the finished kitchen will look like?
That is common, and we have a solution. We offer interior design rendering so you can see realistic images of your kitchen before any work starts. We also take you through the Kitchen Addiction showroom to touch and see actual materials.
What warranty do you offer?
7-year workmanship warranty on all kitchen renovations, written into lawyer-reviewed contracts. Hardware comes with manufacturer warranties, most of it lifetime.
Is Jesse really on-site during the entire kitchen renovation?
Yes. Every day. He is your single point of contact and personally oversees quality control.
How long does a kitchen renovation take?
Most kitchen renovations take 4 to 8 weeks depending on scope and complexity. We provide a clear timeline upfront and manage all scheduling.
What is your payment structure?
10% deposit, 40% at site measure (to reach 50% for ordering), another 40% before joinery arrives (reaching 90%), and the final 10% at completion. This is clearly laid out in your contract. The structure ensures trades are mobilised and materials are secured. It protects both of us.
