  • Why do you prefer bundling bathrooms with other renovations?

    Jesse is honest about this. The standalone bathroom market is saturated, and a lot of operators undercut aggressively. When a bathroom is part of a larger renovation (kitchen, laundry, bathroom together), the whole project is more profitable and we can deliver better value. That said, we do take on standalone bathrooms when the scope and budget are right.

  • Are you licensed for plumbing and electrical work?

    Jesse's Renovation Licence legally authorises him to manage all trades on-site, including plumbing, electrical, tiling, and waterproofing. Everything is compliant and coordinated under one roof.

  • What does the 7-year warranty cover?

    Workmanship including waterproofing, which is critical in bathrooms. It is written into your lawyer-reviewed contract.

  • Will Jesse be on-site?

    Yes. Every day. He personally manages quality control.
