Are you licensed to manage all trades on a renovation?
Yes. Jesse holds both a Carpenter/Joiner Licence and a full Renovation Licence. This legally authorises him to manage all trades on-site, including plumbing, electrical, and tiling. A lot of joinery companies do not hold this licence. They supply the kitchen but leave you to find and manage every other trade yourself.
What does "end-to-end" actually mean?
It means we manage everything. From the first consultation through to demolition, construction, trades coordination, and final handover. You do not need to hire or manage separate contractors. We take care of the lot.
Will Jesse actually be on-site during my renovation?
Yes. Jesse personally supervises every project on-site. He said it best himself: "Everything's around me. There's no other people you listen to or talk to." Your project is never handed off to a junior supervisor.
Do you offer a warranty?
We provide a 7-year workmanship warranty on kitchens and bathrooms, written into lawyer-reviewed contracts. If something is not right, we fix it. Jesse's attitude: "I'd rather lose a thousand dollars fixing it than losing potential clients in the future."
How much does a renovation cost?
